I am a Principal at Edge International, a global consultancy working with law firm leadership on strategy, governance and long-term performance. Edge works primarily at board and partnership level with firms ranging from boutiques to some of the largest in the world, across the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, the Far East, Australasia and Africa.

My contribution within Edge centres on growth strategy, marketing, reputation and the practical integration of AI into client development as part of broader leadership conversations about long term growth.

I have a long-standing advisory relationship with Legal Network International, supporting a global network of over 50 independent law firms. This includes strategic guidance on marketing and BD, raising the profile of member firms and strengthening the network’s collective positioning.
