With over 25 years advising boutique and mid-size law firms, she’s known for helping leadership and marketing teams cut through complexity and get clear on what matters. As founder of Legal Linchpin, she brings real legal sector insight and a practical understanding of how firms work including partnership dynamics, client expectations, business development, and delivery.
Vikki’s background gives her an unusual perspective. She’s been Head of Marketing and BD inside law firms and worked as a consultant and coach across the UK and internationally. She speaks credibly to lawyers and senior marketing leaders alike, and she understands the gap between what leaders want to achieve and what’s realistic.
