I am a strategic business development and AI consultant working with law firm leaders.
For over 25 years, I have advised law firms and professional services businesses on how to grow, strengthen client relationships and build credible market positions. My work sits at the intersection of business development, marketing and leadership decision-making.
As AI and tech play a more visible role in legal services, many firms are re-examining how they approach business development, client engagement and internal capability. My role is to help leadership teams make sense of this change and decide how it fits their commercial objectives.
I work with partners, leadership, and heads of business development and marketing to:
- Modernise business development approaches
- Align marketing and BD around clear priorities
- Identify where AI can improve efficiency, insight and scale
- Translate technical possibilities into commercially practical action
I am not a technology provider, instead, I act as a bridge between technology and the commercial realities of running a law firm. I help leaders understand what is possible, what is appropriate, and what should be prioritised.
My work is advisory in nature, but always grounded in the day-to-day realities of how law firms operate. Depending on the firm’s needs, this may include strategic consulting, structured learning programmes, AI capability building or embedded fractional support.
The outcome of my work is clarity, alignment and momentum, enabling firms to approach business development and growth with confidence in a rapidly changing market.
